Ancraft.s double L track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding winch offers high strength, light weight, optimal rust resistance, and versatility with sliding capability. Made with high-strength steel alloy pawl pins and a seamless, solid steel mandrel with smooth ground web slots to prevent web wear and save you money, the sliding winch is tough to take on heavy-duty loads. The 7-mm. design boasts 2 lbs. less weight per winch on average to allow for improved fuel economy and/or a greater payload while heat-treated materials retain strength. Our top-of-the-line X-Treme Zinc coat finish helps protect the winch from rust and corrosion and can withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles. During testing, the X-Treme Zinc finish produced a mere 1% of rust across the entire winch while the?black powder coat produced five times as much,?the?black e-coat ten times as much, and?the?zinc plating sixty times as much.
