High-performance steel materials make up the strength of the sliding web winch with a high-strength alloy pawl pin and seamless, solid steel mandrel, which features a smooth ground web slot to protect your straps from abrasion and wear. For improved strength, we reduced the weight while retaining strength with the 7-mm. design and heat-treated components. The 2-lb. per winch average reduction in weight can help improve fuel economy and/or allow for greater payloads. A durable, black powder coat finish protects the winch from rust and corrosion with a tested and proven 250 hour resistance to standard salt spray testing.The bottom mount C track 7-mm. sliding web winch?can be easily installed at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer frame with C track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing.
